ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

FPVHG conducts the annual Garlic Mustard Challenge to highlight the impact of invasive plant species on our watershed. We also incorporate environmental educational opportunities into all of our activities. In addition to plant and animal life displays for children, we give presentations to community groups on the impacts of storm water on the watershed as development occurs. We are currently educating the public on the impact that litter and trash is having on the Patapsco watershed, Baltimore's Inner Harbor and ultimately the Chesapeake Bay.
