TREE PLANTINGS

FPVHG is supporting the various counties and the State of Maryland by planting trees as buffers along streams and river banks. These tree plantings have been shown to significantly reduce soil erosion and reduce nitrogen and phosphorus loads that would otherwise ultimately end up in the Chesapeake Bay.
